Jennifer Brittingham started her adventure with Every Nation in January 2004. Although Jennifer has had a variety of jobs through the years, such as assistant pharmacist at Walgreens, a soccer coach, a marketing manager, and donut maker at Fox's Donut Den, she is currently our MPD coordinator. Jennifer works toward expanding the reach, and impact our missionaries have by training, coaching, and encouraging our missionary staff in their partnership development.
When Jennifer is not developing tools and aids for our staff you may find her kicking a soccer ball down the field. Jennifer also has a lot of fun volunteering at a local community theater where she has the opportunity to meet a variety of interesting people.
Here's a few fun facts about Jennifer:

A crucial step in a missionary's journey to becoming a vocational minister with Every Nation Ministries — after responding to and confirming God's call on one's life — is developing ministry partners through a partnership development training program.
Every Nation Ministries Department, Ministry Partnership Development (MPD), will be doing training on partnership development to teach soon-to-be ministers the why and how of finding partners who will provide the financial support for reaching campuses, or cities and nations, and even new churches. God calls us to either "go" or "send" into the mission field. Partnership development is the bridge between those who go into missions, and those who send them.
Going into the mission field is definitely not for the faint of heart as it requires a deep sense of calling and tremendous faith to step out and leave more traditional nine-to-five careers. Missionaries pour their lives into investing in others' with the love of God. Oftentimes, you'll find them moving cities to start a new church where churches are few and far between, on a campus telling students about Jesus, or even flying overseas with their families to a foreign nation to share the Gospel.
Sending missionaries into the mission field also requires a level of commitment. It's not uncommon for a person to have a heart to see a city, campus, or nation reached with the Gospel, but unable to physically go as a long-term vocational missionary. This is where the ministry of partnership development makes it possible for "senders" to actively participate in advancing God's Kingdom without having to set foot where missionaries go.
Wherever missionaries are called, ministry partners make it possible for missions to happen. The ministry of partnership development makes it possible for everyone to actively take part in seeing the Gospel shared. It offers opportunities for men and women to financially partner with those who go through a monthly partnership or a one-time gift. The result: going to every corner of the globe with the Gospel; sending others to every corner of the globe for the Gospel.
The Ministry of Partnership Development launches their annual Ministry Partnership Development Training Program next week with stops in Nashville, Honolulu, and Raleigh, as our Schools of Ministry wind down, and graduate this year's crop of students.
If you feel God is calling you to be a missionary with Every Nation Ministries, come explore what our Ministry of Partnership Development Training Program is, and how it can help launch you into a full-time career as a vocational minister.
Trainings are scheduled for:
The training is free for those who plan to work with Every Nation Ministries (a $5 one-time processing fee is required); $795 for those who wish to audit the training; and $399 for those who attended a School of Ministry but who do not plan on working with Every Nation Ministries. Registration is open online.

Amber Rose is one of the newest members of Every Nation's Nashville Office. After working at two different CPA firms in Lexington, Kentucky, Amber stumbled upon a job opening for a Payroll Administrator here at Every Nation. Amber is excited to finally have a job where she can combine her faith and career. Amber and her husband, Brian, have recently moved to Nashville.
When Amber is not handling payroll or making sure missionaries receive their support timely and accurately, she enjoys spending time with her family. Amber also loves being outdoors, and is a huge Alabama football fan!
Here's a little more about Amber:

Brittany Butler started at Every Nation as a Human Resources intern, but is now a full-time Human Resources assistant. Brittany calls herself the "princess" of the office, hence her tiara-covered work space.
When Brittany isn't working on our dental benefits, filing paper work, or helping with the hiring and exit processes, she enjoys running, making crafts, and trying out yummy new recipes. Since Brittany will be walking down the aisle very soon, she also loves decorating her soon-to-be new home. Brittany might also be found jammin' to country music on her drive to and from the office.
